Refunds and Cancellations


Here at Batala Bargains, we strive to make every item as precious and enjoyable as the moment it commemorates. But if you feel that your item arrived damaged or has an error, please let us know immediately. We want to hear from you and will do everything possible to rectify the situation. RETURN POLICY
New, unworn items can be returned to Batala Bargains within 7 days of delivery. Please note that because all of our items and made to order, those items will incur a 50% restocking fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Once your order has been submitted, we are immediately beginning the process of production of your items. If you would like to cancel your purchase, the restocking fee is 50% of the total amount of the item. To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Representatives. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. The account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days from the day yoru refund was approved.
